Singapore Toy and comic convention 2008

After knowing the news of this convention, I been long waiting and finally get to go to the convention on the 28 June 2008 Saturday afternoon after my class , I found a bit disappointing as it appear to be not as much as what I looking forward. And the human flows are just too packed to ask anything or look nearer to the toys! However the toys are still buyable at the store even the convention was not held which made this convention a bit of not much surprise to be found.
Well, of cause to compare the overseas animation conventions will be still a long way to go, but I somehow still feel that as least this time, the organisers are now aware the fun of cos-play and putting in more towards the program , and by looking some teenagers wearing gothic and Lolita , is really fun. I still remember few years ago before these trends went in to Singapore, I was already very sort of crazy towards these collections of gothic and Lolita clothing and dressing, I always got some cold eye or people see me as a weirdo. Not to mention these clothing are also hard to get in Singapore.
Hope these trends will maintain as I really love the gothic and Lolita dress, they are just so pretty!!!

Recently my friend and i was talking about forture teller ,somehow a story come into my mind , this story was from a ghost story book which i read long ago

A girl went to a fortune teller knowing that this fortune teller is very famous and asks:

I hope to get a rich husband; can you tell will and when I get one?

The fortune teller told her: “On that day, you get fired by your job, you will saw a guy who crazily falls in love with you, he might be poor now but when you marry him, he will get rich.”

The girl laughed and told the fortune teller that she is way too popular to get fired by her job and ignored the words.

Next day, the girl went to the office and she got fired by her job due to some customer complain of her services. When she ran out of the office, she accidentally ran across a fat and ugly guy at the door, the guy just like the fortune teller said, was really interested with her and started to ask her for a date.

Of cause, the girl is way too proud at 1st to ignore this guy but when she started to remember what the fortune teller told her. She agreed.

After a long period, the guy proposed to her, the girl agreed unwilling, because she believed the guy will sure get rich. And what she do now will get back as what she want

A year later, the more she waits the more she get angry everyday. Unfinished housework and lazy fat poor ugly husband is all she gets. She started to think what happen if the fortune teller was wrong?

While she was thinking looking at his husband with hate and anger, she heard the television reporting of million lucky draw winners, she won.

She won a million dollars solely by herself. Of cause the 1st thing in her mind is not sharing, is that she don’t have to be with that husband that she really dislike.

“I want to divorce with you now! I am rich now, I don’t want to work housework and face you anymore” she yelled at him.

Of cause, the guy is unwilling to, he beg and beg, but from the 1st place the girl was hardly even interested in him , not to say willing to care about his begging or look at him.

Suddenly the guy ran to the kitchen took a chopper and chop toward the girl.

The girl wasn’t able to escape and was killed instantly. The guy took the winning ticket and say:

“I can’t have you, I wont let other guys have you too, now I can collect the money and be rich “

I not sure will people understand the meaning in the story.

I love to look for fortune teller to let them tell me some unexpected or unseen future which frankly until now I don’t see any. but I feel , sometime is better to let thing ran on its own track….if people say they can defeat fate, but what fate have they defeat or is it just another way that fate want you to go?

Different people might have different thinking,, just like the story I read, some might think if she keep quiet and keep the money,and left without saying , she might not died , or maybe she should not have treat the fortune teller word so seriously or she shouldn’t have look for the fortune teller cause she will still rich , maybe the other will think her husband is her lucky star?

Words are a way of communication between each other, but they also forgot, the words can also become a chain to lock them from their thinking and faith.

Is human control the fate, or is fate already control you to let you go that way?

Is human controlling the words or human is controlling by words?

If you can't understand, then stay happy. Cause the world is too big and complicated to think.

Maybe it represents my mood bah

Is just like when my friends ask me if I feel lonely to work alone ?

I say no, this lead to question is that really truth?

I guess this video can sort of represent what I'm doing and feeling now.

Is like inside of my own world, contented by simple happiness and satisfaction after solving one solution while more harder solution and ways coming into the process of my learning life

I always hope to have a simple little own world without any more disture from the outside noise and envy or jealous.

A world where I can really sing with joy and do something i really love to.
