Video Game live concert

As 1st, I didn’t know much about this concert, only read about it from website of very small and brief introduction. I hoped to attend the final fantasy concert which was not long before this video game concert, but the ticket was sold in full speed, when I say full speed, it mean before it was even sold in the Sistic!!! Gosh, I so hope to go, and keep asking the Sistic counter whenever I saw one. And all keep giving one answer: SOLD OUT!!!

Anyway, so I come across this concert, video game live, the 1st impression was that what kind of music will they play? Of cause it will be game, the only thing to me was what game will it be, I read from the brief that there are metal gear and some final fantasy etc, which was my favorite, but my sister say if I only like one or few, it be waste of money, so I sort of reconsider and do some research online at you tube, and got to see some of their oversea performance. After seeing it , my 1st reaction was so quickly , I asked my mum to book the ticket for me and my sister ( whom at 1st unwilling to go , until she was there ) at the Sistic counter.

Friday, 19.06.2009, is the day itself… I skip my class to attend this long waiting video game concert!! Frankly I always tried not to skip any class, but for this concert, it just with both hand up, and say super worth it lah!!

It was really a super fantastic concert performance. However it was almost ruin by some stupid idiots whom is sitting at my back. I wonder what wrong with them, it is a musical concert, and they have spend the money (or perhaps not), they keep talking and talking so loudly, my sister and the rest sitting beside them cannot tahan them at all and keep looking back. And there was one stupid guy with no dressing sense, look like Otaku if you don’t know , it mean宅男. I not sure as an Otaku, if he hardly saw woman in real life or he just stuck in the house too long , he keep talking so loudly to the girls who also have no dressing sense of wearing like gothic by more likely to be a cheapo Ah lian type. And that Ah Lian keep talking of all crap to seem like telling people she know all the games and she played it.

But frankly all she keeps repeating the words: Oh god ….it’s bah bah, only to the game of super Mario, Castlevania and some old games, which I don’t know how intelligent she can be? Not that fans of super Mario or castlevania, or being Otaku was bad, I was one too, like to be Otaku and play classical video game, else I won’t be here.

But if you know what I mean and trying to say, then u will understand.

To them : Stop throwing own faces and make yourself as clown and show people that being Otaku has no sense of understanding , and to that lady , start to play metal gear or final fantasy game lah ,for your age also , please learn to be more sensitive and intelligent. Game like metal gear will sure to brush up your brain that only 3 years old to tell u not to disturb people listening the musical. Although the stage performer have welcome all the cheers and noise, that doesn’t mean talking is one of it.

Gosh, now I so sound like making ownself low class…. So piss off by them.

But still still still , it was really a great concert and I just can’t wait for another one to come again , hope next time they will played some other classical horror game , like clock tower , silent hill which they are really prefect music to show the world too.

Vessel opening ceremony

This is the 1st time I attended an event of the opening ceremony of vessel. My dad was involved in the design for the champagne bottle breaking equipment which sort of specially tailors made for his client as requested.

At 1st I didn’t plan to stay for their rehearse , until my dad call me that he need me to drive him to the shopping mall to get some wine for the event.

So i stay awhile at the event rehearse ,during the rehearse, they have made a try for the equipment to test the “fake” champagne bottle which was filled with water. Gosh the bottle didn’t break even with heavy hit!!! Our client started to get worry, and I started to panic too, cause I understand that in the vessel world,the open ceremony for the vessel, the champagne are used to hit the vessel in order to give blessing to the vessel, sailor believed that if champagne didn’t break, it means bad luck will come to the vessel. Gosh!!! My dad later point up that the workers have shifted the equipment that cause the position of the champagne bottle to be unable to hit the structure part of vessel. In theory of physics, if the bottle hits only the body of vessel , it will only bounded back. After shifting , finally the testing work.

When the real ceremony started , I sit at the back of the event , camera and video it while praying hard with my heart jumping that the bottle will break. But frankly, I believed my dad lah , afterall he has been very experience.>0<

Although i didnt stay to watch the whole event, but i heard my dad said the vessel will be leaving soon to sea. Bona iter itineris( Blessing journey , in latin)!

My 1st winning luck draw !!!

At 1st, I didn’t believed it when the AMK hub employee made a call telling me that I have won 2nd prize, they ask me to verify my IC number, so I tot it was just another prank call which I got so many times,so I told them I can't vertify in phone and just send me a letter if you really got prize to give me.

2nd call after a few days or more, another AMK hub employee ask my home address as I didn’t write in the lucky draw, I tot since only home address, it should be no harm so I gave it to them.

After giving, I still thinking is it true to have such good thing happen to me, so I went to internet and checked, there was one lucky draw which was together with the received of $5.00 NTUC voucher for every $50 (or something , forgotten )spend at AMK hub at the same day , so I tot that time I did filled in the form just to get the $5.00 NTUC voucher. But I didn’t think much as I know that my luck in lucky draw are always zero rated, and they always ran off just within my side.

Although is just vouchers and not cash, but still for the 1st time, I believed there is miracle, as long there is a try, there is always a chance. And i ain't bad in luck , at least i get a prize for the 1st time..heehee ^^

But still a great thanks to the who ever you are for selecting me for the prize..hahaha.. ^^

Another day me with R and C together at city hall to have dinner at the Japanese Buzzer (1st time together) ^^ as per normal as usual all the time, we meet for dinner and all the gossips of work and bah bah… hee hee

So after dinner, we walked around and went in the chocolate empire shop. I saw this new design of chocolate, it is so beautiful. (Picture below)

It reminds me the movie and its famous quote:

JJ concert 2009 at Singapore Indoor stadium!

1st time ever , My friend and I went to a concert together and the best of all, I got the chance to go for free with a big thanks to her ( you know who you are ) whom got the free tickets and share with me ^^

Frankly, I was still thinking whether to buy the cheapest ticket just to “listen” to the concert since it will be expectedly far from the stage cause I sort of like JJ’s songs a lot.

I’ll always remember this great after-exam gift forever ToT (my exam just finish in time to relax)^^

Our early dinner at kallang Leisure park before the concert start, I keep asking and bother my friend should we buy the light stick…hahaha ( Picture below )



Well, at 1st, we were arranged to sit on the T36 batch which is the left side of the concert hall, but that day was really our super lucky day (1st timer luck? – 1st time watching concert together)

My friend's boss had the 1st row ticket and we were given the chance to sit at 1st row just in front of the stage. super lucky!!TOT

And I was just sitting two to three seats away in the same row with Kit chan and JJ’s family ~0~ ( I even got the eye contact with Kit chan and we smile with each other , I so hoped to tell her , I love her music play : The Forbidden City which I attended years ago )

But hor only one bad thing was.....cannot shout like those fans behind me O__0

Because everyone beside me including my friend was abit ….. quiet T_T so I must also act act abit.

Don’t want to cause my friend to lose face mah, wait don’t bring me for concert again…hee hee..But if I didnt get the impression wrong , I do saw JJ point at me and give me a good thumb up , when i was singing along with him and clapping.*o*

But hor, I so hoped to shout like other fans ^o^

Especially when JJ choosing one of the fan to the stage and sit beside him when he play piano!! I so super want to stand up and say choose me!!

Wah!! I’ll be surely dragged down as a copse (too crazy and fainted) , hee hee....I guess guys who can write good lyrics and music can really be a big trap against me..hahaha^^

Anyway it was really an enjoyable and great concert.

And the best of all, there is a meet and greet session with JJ himself after concert...

but too bad , that day , something went wrong whereby there are only 10 passes and 16people , so I tried not to disturbed friend working , I told her to let them go in 1st and we later , but when the time we go in , JJ was surrounded with the stage employee , we were so closed with him just within 5 steps , if I had knew my friend’s boss will hoped her to take photo with JJ ,

I will put down my faces to say : PLEASE JJ , TAKE PHOTO WITH ME AND MY FRIEND !!! >0< hahaha..

Okie , I learned my lesson , next time must tried to get whatever it takes before lossing it..hahaha..

Great Decor but not the service...

Wah, finally “again” the examination is over, phew, now only worry about the result, but frankly I wish for nothing more than just a pass. T_T

Well, that will be another 5 months to worry, but with all the relax mood now, I was really piss off by the incident at Jurong Point.

My dad went to KL for a project yesterday, so my mum and sister came to my office and go dinner together.

So with the newsletter of new extension of Jurong point, we decided to go there to have our dinner.

With lot of restaurants and shops, we finally settle our mind and came into the Japanese “station” (photo below), with all the nice décor with a feel of in Japan.

But the service in the restaurant, Ichiban Sushi, that was really suck.

We have to ask the waitress for our tea, well that is fine to me, cause it happened to some other place when it sort of busy.

But I got this waiter just put all our food in one tray and just put on our table and walked away without even asking or helping us to place the food to the person who is having it.

SHIT. The worst part was my order is the hot pot: Nabeyai Udon, although there is a wooden plate for us to take. But if I have to take and self-service all by my own, as well I go food-court.

Then in the end, as we have the promotion card, we will have one serve of the teriyaki ice-cream from the Kiro menu for free. My sister asked the waitress to serve the ice-cream , then the waitress say the ice-cream is out-of –stock ( where we already order in the beginning of the order ) and say we can exchange the normal ice-cream.
Then when my sister says fine, is okie.

The waitress really pisses me off by saying, one scope only “hor” in the attitude of saying since is free, we cannot ask for more. (From the beginning we never say how many scope we want).

After that I overheard another waitress told the waitress that there is stock for the teriyaki ice-cream, but she didn’t even bother when she looked at my sister who was just served with the “one” scope of ice-cream.

All my friends know that I not a person who hard to serve, but with this kind of service, it is really SUCK and that is the 1st and last time I’ll be going there to have the Japanese food.

Singapore IT show 2009

Such a long time ever since ,I have updated my blog... Been so busy working school projects while working , finally the project has finish successfully.

Anyway today my family had went to the IT show at suntec city , the IT show was so super crowed. Lucky my sister and I have come into the suntec early and park our car without traffic jam and waiting , cause from my experience , singaporean always sleep until 12 plus then will start coming in so I came in at around 10 plus...

I had brought a set of canon PowerShot E1 ( pink )+ Selphy CP770 at $399.00 SGD.

well , the price is consider okie as compared to outside. Frankly I didnt plan to buy anything at 1st in the IT show , I need a computer , but plan to buy it later end of the year.

Just that again , my bad habit kill me again ....wu wu wu... but still lah , I find the camera not bad and is AA batteries operated which I find somehow useful when I couldnt find any point to charge for my other camera ,EOS 400D during oversea trip or whatever.... I finding excuses now...hee hee...

My 1st Valentine day cake by my mum and sister.

Not much thing happen cause all my daytime is sleeping and sleeping..hahahaha..

But the most funny part eventually happen during bugis, after lunch, my sister pointed a SGD$15.00 flower to me, and asks me if I want it ….After reading the very recent newspaper of the teenage girl (underage)and boy got caught by police cause they made a “car-shake” in the HDB, the car inside have a bunch of flowers which believed is for valentine day.

I tell my sister , “ Huh ! I only worth $15.00 for the night.” Then I hugged my sister like always did..heehee... the poor aunty beside us saw us and quickly walked away.

Then later on after a nice sleep until around 6.30pm , and the early dinner, we decided to go to the orchard to have a night shopping, eventually my main purpose was to bring my coach bag to the store to ask whether the leather of the bag which I accidently (frankly I also don’t know why) got some stain to it, to have any way to clean it.

Then when I was shopping and walking around the guess shop heading towards Kinokuniya, a guy (like 40s plus) who was holding a china girl (her vocal tune), the girl suddenly pointed at my bag saying: “I want this bag.” The guy responds? He quickly walks away

Some people who are single or just become single, they might choose to stay at home cause seeing the couple holding each other and kissing or flowers, made them sad or maybe uneasy. But for me , watching different couples’ reaction and how funny some really can be , sometime just like people always say to create joy out of bitterness. Hee hee…. ( oh don’t get me wrong , my bitterness was not due to single but my recent job created it . )

Chinese New Year Day 7

Today , I think my dad was inspired by my uncle’s wife whom shown him the big lobster they brought and cooked in Austria. My dad brought us to the East Coast Park long beach restaurant to have big lobster meal. He order a 1.6 kg lobster for us , but when the person put the lobster in front of me and my sister , we were , well ,abit hard to take in cause the lobster was slice into pieces yet it is or seem to be still alive.

I took a photo of it , with guilty and really hard to take in of eating it.

Later my dad asked them to take away from my sister and I , he took a long time to made both of us to eat the lobster.

The girl who served us tell us not to worry is just the nerve of the lobster that made it moved.

Well I understand the kindness of the lady and believed that most of the people will love the decor.(Frankly a nice decor if it didnt move )

Although the food was really super nice , the last serving of lobster noodle was great too, but I guess not to know the other side of it will made us feel better bah..

Surely some might say that I dont know how to enjoy lah or maybe so lucky to enjoy yet still dont cherish it

But still I preferred to eat those which are dead rather than eat it alive.mmm....

Chinese New Year Day 6

Home party at my house ^^

As usual every year, my house will have buffet and black jack gamble.hee hee..But this year a lot of my friend couldn't attend due to work and busy schedule… sigh , too bad.

But still the worst part was I lose my money during the gamble .. wu wu wu…. At first, I keep winning later all the bets began to flow towards my parent’s pocket whereby they kept getting double during the last few bet…noooooo..... why!?

Recently all my money seem to come and disappear again.... need to go pray pray... mmmm....or I didn’t wear red enough that day.

I wonder will this year be the last year in this house or I still need to wait neh? Keep thinking….. Oh, what I waiting... That is a secret.

Chinese New Year day 4

Here come another buffet 0_O

Hahahaha… this time is our family treat towards my cousin family.. Yesterday my cousin (Chinese new year day 3 ) just gave us a treat of buffet. My family is treating the M hotel buffet (western food) today too..hahahaha
Both my cousins and us was so full packed with the buffet for the continuous of two days. And I really really getting rounder and rounder T_T

It was my little precious sister’s birthday that day and we bought an Angie choice cookie favor cake and celebrate for her. The cake was the last serves after the buffet , and everyone was so fully packed by the buffet until everyone so begging for a smaller slice of cake.

But the cake was really tasty and you wont beleived it, everyone actually finished the cake..hahaha

I really like the cake ( 1st time brought the cake ) , I think I will buy the cake again for next time when I got more room to enjoy it..hee hee

Chinese New Year Day 3

Happy Chinese New Year to all my friends and blog readers!!

Gosh great meal everyday are making me go side-way in speed.

My cousin’s treat at Suntec Japanese buffet on Wednesday (28 Jan 2009) (day 3 of New Year).

Frankly I should go to class (projects and test are in head shave) that day, however I choose to skip my class for the buffet!!! hahaha…

Well, no lah, not every day my little cousin and I can meet, can we? Everyone was so busy during normal days. So I feel sometime I really should go out more often with my family and friends instead of kept busy own things and soon realized the time I remember , everyone starting to leave or losing contact… sigh…

I know when I go back to class, the lecturer sure said something nasty but I feel I didn’t regret to choose to go that day, not only the food but the happiness of reunion whereby it won’t happen in the normal day whereby everyone started their busy life again.

Flower Farm @ Singapore

Today, not sure why my dad so happy mood or maybe boring, he brought us to the flower farm located around the Mandai area.

The worst was I tot I going shopping later on and the flower farm will not take too long so I was wearing pretty warm and thick coat dress. (Windy day that day). T_T

Gosh that day I was so dehydrated and tired. But still lah , a place which I never go before bring in the new experience and wonders.

I guess who will know this is singapore from the photo itself..hee hee

Christmas time - SS's house ^^

Today is the 1st time celebrating Christmas at my friend’s SS new house! However as I got to wait for reen (if you reading it you know why hor 0_0 hee hee), plus a bit lost when searching for the roads (the place was so hard to find, but partly I also didn’t follow reen’s direction lah..Hahha), we were so late like at least 2 hr, for the party celebration. T_T


Too bad, I didn’t make it to help or take the photo of the begining of special dinner treat by SS T_T (only the leftover now) (picture above)

Playing the Nintendo Wii boxing is really fun, however our highest peak of mood was during the game: Guitar Freak as we were performing together as a brand (Guitar and Drum) ^^

Although my home also got Nintendo Wii, it is really true that sometime the more the merrier, cause with friends, playing is more than just fun!! Now I so super want to buy the set which we had played, the guitar and drum. 0_o But I also know I always three minute type one ….. so temping now…. Hee hee…..

Although the doggie was super active and cute, every friend knows I afraid of doggie so couldn’t go near and play with it T_T. But no doubt it is really a cute dog, I love the part when SS open the house door for us to go out to his wife (ky) house which was very near by, to have 2nd round, which is the KTV singing.

The doggie just ran off without waiting my friend SS and he got to call and chase it. So cute.
(I think hor, SS, you must be not caring your dog enough to let it run away so fast lor, joking ^^)


Talking about the 2nd round at SS’s wife (KY)‘s parent house , the KTV room was super pro with all the KTV set and room décor. All including me feel like in the K-Box or Party world. The setting of the system was also like the K-box whereby you can just select from the system to get the songs you want to sing. I still remember when 10 years ago , where we 1st own a KTV singing machine , we need to play the big heavy LD laser disc and keep changing whenever we want to choose another song , now all you need is to press the button and a small machine to control… Sigh, technologies ran so fast and so do my age … (sad … sad ...)

Hopefully we can go to his house again to play..hahhahaha.. really fun lor.

Today Christmas Eve , our company has a special Christmas lunch treat in the Indonesian restaurant which was located not far from our office. ^^

Today early in the morning, I was so tiredly wake up by my mum telling me that my sister wanna have a Christmas dinner today , so I tried to call the M hotel for booking which they told me is fully booked.
And the news just reported worst economic recession is coming……
Anyway so my mum will be cooking steamboat today, whereby I just have it yesterday 23Dec 2008, with my two good friends, hahaha... this year my Christmas is going to be steamboat buffet meal all the way…and later Chinese New year, again another expected steamboat.
And now all my clothes are tighter …wu wu wu T_T
hopefully my clothes which I brought early for Chinese New year still can be wear during the time come..hahaha

Most Enjoyable day I had ^^.......

It had been such a long time since I was locked in school prison and not having a nice relaxing weekend.
As my parent has gone oversea, with my sister requested, we headed to raffle city hall to have our Saturday shopping and lunch. We went to the Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar to have our lunch. Personally I like the place and food which have lot of varieties. And the service and ambient are nice too.

The restaurant is located at B1, the restaurant were mostly fully packed with queues and people. However we were pretty lucky that not much people during that period of time which believed to be still early for lunch time and able to locate any seats which we like and also to have a quiet nice eating place.^^

However we did not stay too long at raffle city hall , we headed to Giant which located near our house and brought a lot of things for our steamboat at night which will be with our cousin , it was really an enjoyable day and really hope for another great and relax day like this again.^^

My first log cake for this christmas ^^

My first log-cake opening for this year Christmas ^^ have it for breakfast. My sister's aim is to try as many log-cake as possible.
Wah!! I guess I will have to eat log-cake for this month.But still love it^^ hahahaha

Dont expected guys to help you if u are not pretty....

Today is so super Sian…

After office hour, I spend my time to wash the car so clean and nice before going to school.

I guess I was tired; it was Friday evening especially after the entire ting dong jobs and stress.

I make a huge wrong turn and cause myself to hit towards the high kerb and cause the whole entire right front wheel to burst.

At 1st,I didnt notice it was the wheel which burst, with that huge band sound, the 1st thing I tot was that I crushed my car front , so I stop at the roadside to check until I saw the brust wheel which was also a bit lucky cause at least the wheel was able to support itself until the car was stopped before it went totally unmovable ,rather than in the middle of cross-road and the accident was at the dead point which car from other side might not be able to see and came crashing with high speed if didn’t notice my car.

Anyway I made a call to my dad, yet he handphone is totally unreachable, so I call my uncle to help, he came but found that the things in my car cannot be used to change the wheels, so no choice, I call the emergency hotline to ask the technician to change the wheel, but he say he need 45 min to 1hr to come over.
In the end no choice, I sit and wait for the technician to come after my uncle have left, the worst part was not the waiting time, is that lucky I was not in the car, I sit outside looking at the direction which the car will be coming and where I placed the triangle sign (which my uncle gave me), and all the driver should know that it means that accident or breakdown car ahead..
Without helping hand and the sky is turning dark, I feel is fine, but the worst thing is that these driver seem not to understand the meaning of triangle sign (or I put too far from my car which is about 15 footsteps away), they just avoided the triangle sign yet drive so fast back to the lane towards my car and nearly hit my car, and I was sitting at the back of the car looking these cars “ RUSHING” towards me. Not to mention , they drive in high speed like at least 80km/h.

(The photo was taken from the position where I am sitting at my car boot , and where it shown the trangle sign which i placed it at the beginning , later I realised these driver CAN'T see , so I placed it in the middle of the road which no helped either )

Of cause, they avoided with nearly hit me and the car if not I won’t be able to write my blog.

And worst part was not only one car , well my mum told me cause I was not pretty enough and I didn’t wear too sexy that day, yes I guess is true , cause no one ( and mostly is guys “which” I looked at them ) seem to offer to help only looked. Oh , one guy did stop , but he didn’t stop to offer help but to ask me for directions , shit , like I still got the mood to tell him , but I still did in the end and he just drive off without asking either, guess I too kind hearted.

The guys might said cause I didn’t asked, but I did wave at the cars ( also because I need to tell them I am here , please don’t hit my poor car in case they are blind enough not to see my car which is red color and double signal is on ), yet still they just looked and nearly hit lor.

In the end, lucky my uncle turned back with one small round orange machine that can lift the car up and changed the replacement wheel before the technician came which I think he take more than what he told me. (I think he is lost)
I have to use my handphone light to let them see the wheel while changing as the place is really dark and frankly speaking, the location is only forest on my left and road.

In the meantime , also to run to the triangle sign to wave at the cars again in case is too dark and the driver can't see that we are changing wheel in middle of road....

I still went to school (which is very late) driving the car with the replacement wheel cause I didn’t want to miss any class.
But one thing I learn from the car accident, girls who are not pretty enough in Singapore can learn to be independent easily.

At least I know I just need to call the technician or someone familiar whenever the car breakdown , guys in Singapore , if you are not pretty enough don’t expect they will came down automatic from their car to help you , they don’t come “ RUSHING” to you and nearly hit you is good enough.

Oh, one thing, also to prepare a touchlight in the car as it really come in handy, as for the triangle sign , I realised it won't worked for SOME singaporean driver cause they are just
TOO BLIND OR STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THE MEANING. so don't ever think that putting the triangle sign and sit in the car with air-con to wait for help is the correct way , cause you never know the bigger accident is just behind you.

Is always wise to go out of your car to watch the coming traffic , and react/respond whenever you see something wrong from them
